ThatCarGuy
Figured I should start this off since the pictures are starting to roll in. This isn't a post that lists the specs. This is more or less a collage of all the photos of the XPG1. Potential factory colorways: On ice pics: Pad design pics: Full set pic: DISCLAIMER: NONE OF THESE IMAGES ARE MINE. ALL IMAGES SOURCED FROM INSTAGRAM (except for the potential factory design templates. I made those) Edited February 26, 2019 by ThatCarGuy
Max27
interesting strap setup. looks like a smart strap but fixed in the middle of the calf pads look pretty cool though. What team is the goalie w the all white pads on in the picture?

McKenney Hockey
@kedjlng3 we do not use the same cuff material as Reebok. We use domestically sourced materials.

Jamey_boy
Thanks for the pics. Will the pricing be similar to your previous models? I've always found that McKenney pricing was very reasonable for this quality of equipment.
McKenney Hockey
Yes, it will be comparable. Pricing is always something we strive to keep low while providing top notch handmade Canadian quality.

Kayen
@McKenney Hockey anything you can share on the new C/A? Anything on pants, my McKenney pants were the best ones i ever had, just had to downsize and couldn't find any 890's locally.
McKenney Hockey
Sure. I'll have some pants pics posted on IG today or tomorrow. The pants will be an upgraded version of the ProSpec, with an inner belt. The C/A will have a boat load of new features, including dual positioned wrist strapping, velcro adjustment points, and a redesigned belly pad.
ThatCarGuy
@McKenney Hockey Do the pads use any sort of special material besides JenPro to assist with sliding or durability?
McKenney Hockey
@ThatCarGuy No. Stock Jenpro and weave.

I may be young but I'm not really a fan of all the new materials. Plus, Jenpro has never failed me when it comes to sliding ability.
