indykrap Posted September 13 Share Posted September 13 Hey all, Picked up a set of used 12.2s a few weeks ago, and was hoping for some advice on how you all wear them. Specifically - the FRS. I did some searching around and know Matt from Hockey Reviews says he likes them very loose (loosest possible setting). Just curious about pros/cons of whichever setting. I was in Warriors (G3 and G5) for years, so I'm used to minimal strapping and this is a new adventure, haha. I've got pretty big calves so that's probably a factor too. Smalls Posted September 13 Share Posted September 13 I remove the bottom strap completely and just use the top strap to my tightness. For me I'd say average. I don't like it real tight or loose. Just enough that it's doing something but not so much that it's altering how the pad sits or rotates.
