ZeroGravitas
For what it's worth, the Warrior sizing chart that is published in their catalogs doesn't seem to have ever changed - the size chart in the 2024 catalog (G7) is the same as the 2015 catalog (G2). But anecdotally I think a lot of people are dropping a size on the last two or three incarnations. @coopaloop1234 has some experience with Warrior sizing over the years too, maybe he can chime in.

TL;DR: New Warrior pads (G6 and on) seem to run larger than what's listed on their size chart. I was just in my garage taking a photo to add to this thread too. I just want to note that a lot of experiences line up with @ThatCarGuy. My list of pads is far less, but, for the ones I do have he's spot on. I have a FTK of ~19.5". This puts me dead center in both Warrior and Bauer's size charts for a 33 pad. Warrior hasn't updated their sizing chart, but, with conversations with Kirk on Instagram and Facebook, they're adamant that the sizing of their pads has remained the same. Even Dudo and Hockey Reviews are making the same statements. I've worn a 33 in GT, GT2, G5, and G7. Only one of those didn't fit me well and it was the G7. The boot riser on the G7 is quite pronounced and it's definitely the contributing factor to the sizing discrepancies that people are experiencing. Thing is, they've always been present on Warrior pads, but it's been beefed up since the G6. I've got four pictures to add that I've taken over the years for some quick comparisons. 1. GT2 boot riser, just to prove it's not a new concept on Warrior pads. 2. Ultrasonic vs GT2. This picture was mostly used to compare thighrise sizes, but it does show that the Ultrasonic runs slightly larger than the GT2 due to the 120 degree boot. Both are 33 pads. 3. Shadow vs G7. Both are 33 pads and I did my best to line up the boots to show knee stack placement. You can see that the knee stack sits a bit higher on my 33 G7's and this does not include how the Shadow has a boot channel and the G7's have a boot riser. I land on the top half of my Shadows and they're worn tight. I land on the bottom half of the G7's and I wear them super loose. 4. The difference in boot styles between the Shadow and G7. One thing to note is that by fit/size, my GT2's were the smallest, US/Shadow are tied, and the G7's are the largest. All are 33's. Inconsistency among pad sizes is fun right? DL42
the fit can be right but when u wear them and use them its different for warrior pads. had warrior pro top of the line g3 and g4 and g6 in 33". 19.75" FTK g3 fits good and line up correctly over time, foam gets compressed but still hold shape prob bc no dread knee break like g4 and g5 (where airslide is top one) g4 fits fine , but no go in the bfly the knee break folds not flex and u fall off the top of the knee block, the calf protector and wrap being flimsy did not help. size 34 would have been better. g6 fits perfect center on knee and no movement , so if you are on the top end of the chart it will fit perfect, below it u should downsize for this model. perfect after 7 months and counting. had the G5 sr model price point model broke down within 6months at 33" b/c of the knee airslide break, prob should should size up. point is if u get the sizing might fit in store but not right when playing and the flex on the price point is going to break down faster and should upsize or buying used warrior pads.
