Was bored the other day and took a picture of the family. Have other pictures, but the site is not letting me upload them. Nothing new in this picture. The paw on the brown glove is fantastic. Nice family photos.

Thanks. I designed the art for the brown pads. Jeff Salvi executed it. I later had Sara Marschand from P.A.W. rework the art on the gloves, back when she still did repairs. Jeff Salvi is in Massachusetts and does repairs and builds his own line of gear. Sara makes her own line of equipment and accessories out of Indiana under the name Protective Athletic Wear (P.A.W.).

I wanted to try Warrior pants for a long time, and yesterday, immediately after receiving it, I had the first ice with them. the most favorable experience. very mobile and lightweight, do not feel at all and do not interfere with movement. very satisfiedb4hENzegdhQ.thumb.jpg.e1166841b54492f20ac10d758977f9e1.jpg

I have a hard time getting over the look of the armadillo wrap around the sides. It's just me. And if you were to get it team custom, like the Habs, seems like the stripes would be cut off because of the wrap.

to be honest, I don't quite understand the need for this armadillo defense either. as I understood from the description of the model, this was done to reduce (or remove) the inner side protection to improve mobility. but examination showed that she was in place. then I do not understand the meaning of all this. but nevertheless, the Warrior has achieved excellent mobility, we must admit. Compared to my Reebok 18k, mobility is significantly better

Just measured them out and the jrzs are 11.25in, Bauers are 11in, and ccms are also 11in

That's only a .25" difference? Those JRZs look like they're a full inch wider in that photo.

Just received my mask from the painter and couldn't be happier. :) The only problem is that do I have the heart to hit the ice with this on.

Wow that looks really, really good.  Well done.  The cracks on the backplate are a nice little detail and the tear down the center is perfect, too.

Your helmet reminded me of this in the best way.

Thanks. :) I am more than happy to the result. The painter really can do his job and that's why he also makes set pieces for example for a Swedish metal band Sabaton.

Not really sure where else to put this but would anyone care to explain what’s going on here?

Either JRZ is too wide or everyone else is drastically too narrow.

Perhaps, try taking the photo with the pads resting on a flat surface like the floor and then see how much taller the JRZ is at the other side. I agree with @AdamL, that looks like a lot more than a 0.25" difference from those photos.
