Thanks. Yeah it's happened to us the past month or so with fedex. I'm going to do the mold on monday.

What I got is just plain white with a silver tri cat cage. I'm taking the upcoming season off b/c of hip issues and such, but don't want to risk my head getting hurt in my off year lol. 

I talked with the guy and I believe I'm going with the style shell that Price used, at least that's what he recommended so I went with that.

Shots of my custom painted tribute mask to my grandparents.  They both passed away in the last couple of years and were Navy vets.

I’m currently in Bauer Ultrasonics but have Bauer Mach coming next week in the retail black.  Excited to get new photos in the new gear once the season finally starts in 2 weeks or so.

Haven't touched it yet but will trim it down a little in the front. Probably try and do a drop on the front so it's  not digging in.

My set came in. 
mach skinned, hyperlite guts on the pads. Basically a stock hyperlite pad. 
blocker and glove are Mach.  
36xl pads went with the old scoo leather buckles.  
navy white red

They're gone I just mailed my last set of vintage gear to my grandson. They weren't vintage in the mid 90's but this set of Vaughn Velocity pads, 5500 trapper and B1950 Gumby blocker have fled the collection.

But now I have more room in my garage for our bikes.

For those wondering the only differences I got vs stock was nylon lace pocket, long boot strap on a small pad, skate lace toe, and stiff boot angle

First impressions are very odd. Definitely weird that they’re hard to slide for small pushes but super fast for hard back doors. Feels perfect to me so I’m not oversliding anymore.

A Hyper set with skinned Mach graphics I could live with.

Awesome... I did Black, Gold, Vegas gray with a touch of white on my set. I can't wait, its my first matching set and i've been playing goalie for 30+ years.

Well done on the paint job - definitely captures the vibe of the era on the photo reproductions. Who did the paint?

@406goalie Dan painted my very first custom mask with custom paint job (NOT the one in my profile photo) I think shortly after he'd gotten into painting (?). Glad you had a good experience - mine was less so at least with communication/the process (and to be fair - was a number of years ago (2008 vintage)): long(er) than advertised lead time (less of a big deal) and misspelled my name (which was on my sketch, email address... AND the check I sent him) front and center on the chin drop (which seemed much more egregious than other bits of the process). Also didn't offer to pay the shipping back to him to correct the mistake. I was fine with the final product but the stink of the typo hung around until I got my second custom mask/paint job.

Last I had known he was getting more so into tattooing and the like instead of mask painting.
