Dalyons
Well after 25 years of being away from the net I have decided I want to get back into hockey. i bought myself a pair of Bauer GSX skates and have been on them twice so far. Both times extremely painful. For second skate I added the Bauer in soles for flat fleet and baked skate. Today was slightly better and still very painful. I have been reading online and seems like custom is my best bet. Are they really worth the money? Thanks

I do end up going custom and love it. Went with CCM as I heard too many True horror stories. It's worth it but costly. goalie
For those of you who can't afford the custom order, you can try getting your fitter to use their punch tool to push out the trouble spot.
