Flat feet with bunions…suggestions?

Well after 25 years of being away from the net I have decided I want to get back into hockey.

i bought myself a pair of Bauer GSX skates and have been on them twice so far. Both times extremely painful. For second skate I added the Bauer in soles for flat fleet and baked skate. Today was slightly better and still very painful. 
 

I have been reading online and seems like custom is my best bet. Are they really worth the money?

I do have one bunion due to gout, my feet are small and wide as well. I do end up going custom and love it. Went with CCM as I heard too many True horror stories. 

It's worth it but costly.

Well bit the bullet and ordered a set of custom True 2 piece skates.

For those of you who can't afford the custom order, you can try getting your fitter to use their punch tool to push out the trouble spot.
