Just noticed a really good deal on a pair of P2.9's online and am now giving CCM some more thought.. If I'm a 34+2 in a Vaughn Velocity pad, am I the same size in CCM?? MikeTheGoalie Posted October 24, 2018 Share Posted October 24, 2018 Back in 2014, I was in a 35+1 Velocity 3 pad, and went to the CCM Eflex and 34+1 seems to be the equivalent. Vaughn pads have recently gotten much stiffer and the VE8 boot angle changed from the V 5/6/7 pads, where they now fit taller because they sag less at the ankle. While I'm sure it still the same, due keep in mind what others have said about the pitentisyo be equal. I don't think it is, but do keep it in mind.
