I have no idea where this is but there are plenty of teams, plenty of highlights and they even slow some of the saves and goals as replays. Cool site.

It^s a new-ish low-level pro league with teams mostly from Austria and Northern Italy (and a couple from neighboring Slovenia)

There's a higher professional league in Austria (Erste Bank League), and I think Italy has a higher league as well. But I think those leagues don't have any restrictions on foreign players. The Alps league allows only 4 foreign players per team, so you can maybe say it's more of a developmental league for young native Austrians and Italians.
