So the catch angle would be reminiscent of the 600 break with CCM. Just note, CCM gloves feel a lot different than a Vaughn glove, even with the same catch angle. Edit: Take seagoal's advice over mine. He's Mr. Vaughn. Edited October 4, 2019 by coopaloop1234

The 2200 is in the 60 degree family, for sure. I own 2 of them and it's my favorite glove of all time....until about an hour from now when my new one shows up The 2200 was one of the first Vaughn gloves to directly compete with CCM 1 piece gloves and it preceded the current VE8 1 piece in the Vaughn lineage. Are you using a 2200 now? Here's my current ones Edited October 4, 2019 by seagoal

kabiblueline
Does anyone know the break angle of a TPS XLite? I love that glove and I can't find anything else that feels like it.
holdUP
Does anyone make a stock 580/90* break glove, other than going custom CCM? Or is anyone selling one in all white or white/blue? lol

Vaughn VE8 XP is a 590 clone, 2X is a 60 degree break (same as 590), CCM makes 590 and 580 stock gloves, 2S is a 580 ish feeling glove. Warrior G4 palm inserts can mimic any break. As @coopaloop1234 the G Series from Warrior offers removeable palms and come in 60, 75 and 90 degree

I believe he designed most of the TPS line.

A.YOUNGoalie13
Anyone know where I can find a 580 glove not beat to $hit? And let me make the search harder, I’m full right
kbarboza
For CCM gloves, which break would you guys recommend for someone with smaller hands. I am not sure if one break might be easier to close than another in general. Thanks,

I'm not comfy with the 600 break I use 590, but haven't tried the 580. Go custom, you will just have to wait for it.

StevenC
I have an older Passau Axiom glove which i believe is a 90 degree break. Has any one gone to a 580, 590 or 600 and which is the most like the Passau Axiom. Based on break angles, i would be leaning to the 580 but knowing how weird some gloves can feel, wanted to get some opinions. Thanks

One thought I have? Passau made Sher-Wood gear. Their 90 deg break satisfied Thibault, Lalime, etc who were 580 guys. By that logic, I think the 580 is your safe choice.
