swguerin1
The padding has gotten browner as time went on due to sweat. Is there anyway to get this away?
dreadlocked1
I'd start with a vinegar wipe, but you can bathe or shower your mask off every once in a while to keep it clean. Undo straps and dry thoroughly.
YG38
I use a steam cleaner on mine. I attach a microfiber cloth and go to town. Helps with deodorizing as well.
Ken35
I cleaned my mask padding the other day. All I used was warm water, dish soap and a microfiber towel. While I was cleaning I decided to clean the straps too as they were starting to show some serious sweat stains. This seemed to work quite well. I did find out that I will need to replace the elastic straps to the jaw as they have stretched out quite a bit in the last few years.
goalieThreeOne
I use shampoo and wash it with a clean sponge in the bathtub. Not sure what you can do about discoloration, it doesn't show on the outside after all, but this will ensure it's sanitary, clean smelling, and irritant free. Colander
Yeah - lesson learned - always use black foam and black (or dark blue) leg pad channels. Looks good while you own them and a lot easier to sell.
