Interesting that it specifies size M.  Maybe add that to the title @Lucky Pucker.

I wonder if it's only the certified cage too?  

I'll probably call them Monday to check on mine.

Yeah, the “Medium” specification is interesting. I dithered about including, wondering if it was accurate, and thinking people might want to be safe rather than sorry. I’ll update the title though just the same.

Sportmask posted a notice on Facebook saying all of the 27 affected masks have been recalled, if you haven't already been contacted there's no concern.
