My hand is ~7.25" from heel to the tip of my middle finger, but this glove fits big. I've never needed an intermediate palm before, but I feel like I'm swimming in this. It's also a pro palm, so although it's broken in nicely now and closes well especially once it has a little sweat in it, I find it cumbersome.
