Bauer Pro vs CCM Pants

Has anyone used the Bauer pro pants? Imm usually not huge on bauer’s protective stuff, so I’m not sold on them just because they have pro in their name. I have the axis 1.9 pants now and I’ve grown out of them and know they have good protection. If you have used the bauer pros, how tall are you and what size pads do you have along with the size of your pants?

6ft 200lbs i use large pant 

34+ pads 

 

seriously I really like them I use them with my hyperlite chest. I don’t tuck and wear chest and pant pretty loose I want maximum mobilite 

 

i had some Murray slr pro return and I find my retail bauer pro as the same protection 

the new ccm pro pant are garbage ! Got 3 bruise in 2 month all at same spot.

Love the ccm pants, wore most of every generation the last 6 years even though they upgrade it only in a few areas as they are basically the same. I do tuck.

I did use the nxg Buers and from what I remember is that they were too stiff, harder shells. 

I like the ccms better, the Axis does have the extra padding as the above picture as the new ccm pro.  It's the same pants just a new name.

Received my first pair of CCM Pro pants a few years back. Love them.

I was rocking a pair of bauer pro's for a while, came from CCM Premier 1.9's, and the difference was really noticeable. They were super light compared to my CCM's and the protection was good, can't think of any stingers. Only reason I went back to my Premiers was that the bauers didn't match my new set . As soon as I've got the cash I'm getting a new pair.

Pros would be lighter than the 1.9.

I don't have experience with Bauer pants, but CCM and Vaughn pants are very protective. One thing I do have to say is that Vaughn pants are a tighter fit than CCM pants, even at the same size.
