Puckstopper
If anyone is on Untapped, hit me up. My handle is RieggerMortis This was a legit pairing by the way. The beer was smokey and had a decent amount of complexity to it and the Pappy cigar was definitely a nice treat while waiting for a couple racks of ribs to come off the smoker. Never had that beer myself, but knowing Brewdog is Scottish-owned, and being a fan of Islay single malts, I can imagine it’s a Smokey ... erm, “peaty” brew. I have ribs in the freezer... just waiting for the right time. Lamb stew tonight though!

I’m almost certain I saw a SNES in the background of one of your recent pics (maybe the new twig...?) I used to play NHL 93 on that with my buddy. We actually paused the game every goal, and wrote down stats in a book. We actually did an entire season of that! Damned lazy kids nowadays, with the fancy video games that keep stats for them, and have controllers with 27 buttons and no wires...

Another stellar NEIPA from what I gather (though I’ve never had that one, my buddy with excellent taste loved it when he had it). So according to what I know about ‘Merica, those five patties are going in between two waffles, with American cheddar, and half a pound of bacon, and served to one person, right?
