Love those gloves ... we had a pair of older than those Coopers. They were this ugly gold, bronze weird color. So big ... they went half way up the forearm. Went and found a picture of what they looked like. Maybe these are them! The asking price for these is $110 ... dang didn't know what we had.

I haven't played in a while. I started doing band stuff again. Joined a new one last October and that's about the time I stopped. Kind of bummed about it. But tbh I feel so out of shape I know it would be a total shitshow if I did go. Some guys will say that's ok come out anyway but I expect some standards from myself . I was never really that good to begin with now it would be worse. I've passed on a few opportunities to fill in the last few weeks. Felt bad about that too so maybe I should just do it.

That was a good read. I always thought it had something to do with the roster. Tremblay seemed like kind of a tool. My brother and I were collecting cards and playing in the street from 74 to around 79 ice skating whenever we could so we have a few of Tremblay's cards. 79 is when we started doing other stuff. Brother joined the AF and I started high school. Thanks for all the info on it.

Hi I was wondering if someone here knows the circumstances and can tell me why Patrick Roy quit the Canadiens during that game on Dec 2, 1995. I feel kind of dumb to ask why but I really don't know. Anybody ever do something that later made you think about what you were smoking? I don't do it too much. All I can think of is changing a mask chin cup to a football helmet cup and for some reason just didn't work out.

Good Info. I made a big knee save the other night because I don't have much if any bf lol. The other goalie had these crazy tall Brian's pads, looked kind of weird and the bf he had was post to post. Nothings going to get through when he's sealed on ice.

There are teams and leagues around. I'm on a sub list which is ok. I can't dedicate the time needed for a team right now. I play when I can to keep my chops up. That a great team photo. You look like Bernie Parent

I kind of hate being the goalie in the dressing room with the gray hair. And it bugs me if I feel guys go light on me. I don't know maybe it shouldn't ☹. Played last night and I sucked so bad. Nothing felt right, timing was all fked up. Felt like smashing my stick through the ice.

Bought another clavicle protector. A CCM TC-500 to replace the Bauer Reactor one. The Bauer was okay but never seemed that protective but, having them side by side the clavicle padding in the Bauer one is much thicker that the clavicle padding of the CCM. But the throat padding of the CCM is better than the throat padding of the Bauer. So now what? I'm going to try the CCM tomorrow night. My concern now is the thin padding. I wanted it for the throat protection and the wrap around neck piece is nice, could be a little hotter but will find out tomorrow. Just wish the clavicle padding was thicker. It was $24 shipped so it's not that big of a deal if it doesn't work out.
