ron ince

Hi guys ...my Name is Ron Ince and I have a couple tid bits to add to the story ....I met Greg playing together in the old Scarborough hockey league him and i were the tandem one year i think about 23 years ago ...i enjoyed my time with him and he wasn't a bad goalie either. Had a couple great stories with him ...one about him meeting Jake Plante and Plante yelling at him about stealing mask design ..lol...Greg wore a set up of pads the were Mike Richters ..told me Richter ran like 5 miles before a game .....imagine that ..i remember playing 60 min stop time in jr and hardly getting through it hahaha....couple other neat things ,,,,the dave dryden combo mask i have held it and put it on as Dryden was my coach with the Peterbrough Petes ... glad i found this thread ...and nice to see Greg back at it and cant wait for his book ......i caught this thread after reading this article ..https://canucksarmy.com/2020/04/07/the-man-behind-the-masks-a-conversation-with-mask-designer-greg-harrison-part-1/....if you see him wish him well for me ...
