Finally!!!

Got a tracking number, FINALLY!!! Hope to receive pads on Monday. That puts my order at 34 1/2 week for delivery. So those of us who ordered back in April are getting 31-35 week deliveries. Hope that isn't true for those of you ordering now.

Mid March is VERY hopeful. I wouldn't have any expectations as I ordered in mid-April and am into 33 week of waiting with no updates. At that rate your looking June or July.

32 weeks and waiting, retailer saying it's a surprise when custom true gear comes in. They just forward it on to the buyer, but there is no updates or schedule to when things will be completed. Any word from others if they have received pads and how long it took? Thinking may have to go find some used gear as current stuff is completely fallen apart as I continue waiting.

31 weeks and waiting. True having 15-17 weeks on their customizer as their current delivery is an insult to us all.

Into the 28th week now and can't even get an update from true. 3 weeks ago the set was supposedly in the "lot" they were going to start on. Now, the estimated delivery has been reset back to the originally scheduled completion of mid august because of some system malfunction, or maybe they mean august of 2022.

I don't believe True is planning to make any of the custom retail orders. I'm sure they are waiting for the customers to cancel their orders and go elsewhere.

I ordered a set of True pads back in April right after things changed over from Lefevre. 7 weeks in they told me the pads were 6 weeks out. 6 weeks later at the anticipated completion date I reach out and they respond with, "1 more week". A week goes by and they said again, "1 more week". That week goes by and they update me today with, "7 weeks until ETA". This order went from a 13-15 week delivery to a 24 week delivery. Their updates of 1 week out were total BS as an additional 7 weeks means they haven't even started them. I think I'll be lucky to see these by the end of the year.
