Is there an idea of what new tech is coming with the v10s? I mean being Vaughn will there be anything other than weight reduction?

Since everyone was cutting sticks I figured why not. here’s my grip and how I hold it. Only got on the ice twice since cutting the stick, but I did notice a difference in play. thinking about cutting the 2s

I’m itching to get back in the ice.

Here are some photos I took of some of the tendies at the Maccabiah. Canadian goalie in the reactors is Molly Tissenbaum, former Harvard Tendy. I interviewed her before the game. It should be going up on my channel soon. the Israeli goalies all play for the national team in IIHF tournaments. other can goalie was playing for the 40+ age group american tendy was the starter for the open division finals. i have some pics if you guys want to see more.

Yah I’m definitely guilty of lurking and not talking. Mainly because I’ve had to put the pads in storage for the time being. hoping to get back to the ice around December/January

It feels like Vaughns graphic style was changed once for the v8 and then they went back to random squiggly lines.

I’ll start it off here. 1s pad durability. Here are the pads in question. 1s od1n SR size M Purchased in used condition June 2019. Usage August 2019 - March 2020 I was using them 3-4 ice times a week with each ice time lasting about on average 1hr 15 min. April 2020 - Today Averaging to about 3-4 times a month with each ice time about 1 hr 30 min Now that we got a rough estimate on how much I used these pads let’s take a look at the damage. Face I counted a total of 7 cuts on the face of the pad, all of which I covered with hockey tape. 2 major cuts. 5 small cuts that I can’t tell if it’s a cut or if it’s because the cortech just started to decay. The top of the pad has it the worse with the cortech just peeling off. Inner/Outer Gussets Jeez where do I even start? Bindings. Who thought it was a good idea to put bindings in the area which gets the most friction? So those are starting to fray pretty bad. I can now see the edges of the cortech in some places. Don’t forget ripping cortech! And whatever happened in these places!. Verdict Yes, the durability was just as bad as we remembered, but god damn the sliding on these are just as good as day one. Effortlessly moving across the ice with no problems. Anyway,It may be time for me to get a better set of pads.

It begins. but there is a slight problem. If I move the boot to the front of the cowling there is space in the back. if I move the boot all the way back same problem with the front. What’s the call? pics down below

Hello all, I now have the next couple of months off (long story) so I decided that I want to make watching hockey more enjoyable here in israel. Currently the IEHL is doing a great job at that but they are only a summer league. i looked at both of the regular season leagues here and one is just a static camera with no commentary and the other hasn’t posted in a year. I figured if I want to grow the sport (and my channel) I should take this into my own hands. does anyone know what equipment I need inorder to start livestreaming and doing commentary, and which brands are the most cost effective? and if you have any tips?

I went to an IEHL game last night and woooo boy the camera does not do the games justice. skaters and shots are a lot faster than they look.

I’m also dying to play, but when the manager was going around and finding players I didn’t think it was possible for me to play. I was supposed to be in the army. My draft was pushed off last minute for another 6 months. I was in the recruitment center when they sent me home. But I can’t play anyway I’m studying for the psychometry test.
