    I have them, and even though they look bigger vs other models I don't feel any restrictions vs the original yellow ones, or the other models that came into market after as they all look alike. I barley get hit in the knees but they look protective enough.

    I saw the last Leafs playoffs series win lol and I really hope they go down again, this time in 6 I think and Dubas is out of here so they start making some moves. Still don't have the team for it.

    I have these skates, custom and I love them. Point of advice on 3mm blade, go 1/2 inch at least. I requested 4mm blade, and you will feel more comfortable with it most likely. They put a black steel 4mm blade for me. I was the first to have it in the market few years back. Maybe they provide regular steel now. Good luck.

    Bauer now comes in 3 sizes I believe, Small, Medium, and Large. The 960 is an absolute beauty, I recommend.

    There is a difference here though, the nhl just completely changed the game of hockey and within the rules and added more excitement for the dying franchises in the States.

    CCM tests these pads and I'm pretty sure that speed skin came on top which is also what I went with. Not having any issues sliding around with it or lack there of.

    You could always go back to 4mm blade, which is something you might be used to, all preference. I couldn't deal with the 3mm blade myself.

    Have you tried ditching it? I wore it on all my pads the last 11 years. While I had my Axis 1 I just took it off, haven't looked back.

    Axis 2 gloves game ready feels like a Pro (stiff), I barley had to work my Axis 1 glove.

    I had a conversation with someone, and I can't recall if it was the Mach or Hyperlite but it weight as much as my CCM Pro Lite I believe. I think it was the Mach but don't quote me on it.

    In Canada. They won't ship to the States. Unless you self pack and ship Canada Post, big items will be outrageous to ship with other companies.
