Hey all, Mike here I built this 8’x 20’ ice rink in my yard it’s almost frozen I can’t slide in butterfly position and have zero balance. I got new pretty good skates recently so there’s no excuse now. Do any of you fine gentlemen know of any workouts that would benefit me most in sliding and balance? I would love to take advantage of my ice.
