I've heard today that the customizer will drop on 5/17 - same as what I've heard the retail launch date is going to be. A little odd since they dropped the EF5 customizer a month before retail launch - unless that was because it was posted/leaked early here, haha.
The customizer is available in some stores. We were able to use it to order pads last week but had to go in to the store to do it.
