After some enquiries I was told it is made to specification by an industrial supplier so not something you can buy retail (especially here in the UK).

Does anyone know what the exact material is that is used for a 5 point mask harness. I've done a lot of searching online for 1" flat woven cotton elastic but nothing I've found seems to be the right thickness / it all looks too lightweight.
