Ordered slightly too big, just received my new ones so these are up for grabs.
Based on Lefevre's sizing chart, these should fit a 21 - 21.5" FTK (equivalent to a 34" EFlex/12.1)

Asking $2000 USD on SLS, $1800 on GGSU, $1700 for members here.
