I've been pretty much working from home for the past year. I'm fortunate in that my drives are way down. 200 miles a day is a lot of time in the saddle. Be careful.
They really come out for service for everything? Is that included up to a certain mileage/months or do you have to pay for it per call? I know there aren't Tesla 'dealerships' in the traditional manner - so bringing it in for service isn't the same as the local Jeep place is.
Not that it's a bad thing.
When you schedule service through your phone, a majority of the items can be done through Mobile Service. ie, tire rotations, interior air filter change, or like my recent one replacing a cracked rear light. Obviously bigger items that require a lift or larger replacement parts would require a ride into the Service Center. They will tell you after you made your service request if they can't send someone out and you have to come in. You have Mobile Service available for as long as you own the car. Kind of like if you were a doing regular maintenance for the life of your car at any other name brand vehicle service center. You pay for the maintenance like any other car. The mobile service is not any more expensive than going in.

You're gonna love the M3P. You'll want to stop at every red light if you get the first position. Here's my performance and the trunk with my bag in it. I pack my leg pads in my bag, so it is pretty full. The trunk is deep enough that you can put it in long wise in (which i do now) as opposed to width wise as shown in the picture.

Getting a Tesla Model 3 as a work car, do you fold down one of the back seats to fit your sticks in it?
I lay my sticks across the rear seats diagonally in my model 3.

Do show what you mean by taking off the first row, and how, it looks interesting.
You can take the D30 out of the neck area and cut off any excess you might feel you have. Looks like a pair of scissors can do the job. I won't make any modifications until after I get at least a skate in. @TheGoalNet Do you think we would be able to glue a row back if we needed to?
It is a slight pain in the ass to get it back in the neck sleeve until you get it far enough to grab from the other side. Maybe after more use, it will break in and be easier.

Stopped by Pure Hockey during lunch, got on the hype train and picked one up. First impressions, is that it feels nice and comfortable. Everything looks easily removable. With the stiffness of the D30, I perceive MUCH better protection than my old Vaugh and RBK neck guard of old. Really won't know until I get smacked. I probably won't do any trimming until I get some game time on it. I feel like I might trim the first row to get that scooped neck. My chin easily touches the top. I'll do more fiddling around with the chesty and helmet when the work day is over. Let me know if you got any questions.

I just picked on up a few weeks ago while I was in Toronto. Working on writing up a review/experience.
Haven't had a chance to put it in a game yet. Working with SkinFX on getting it wrapped first.
I can try to answer any other questions you might have.

@slade037 - baby blue logos look sharp
is that the same pant job Id know?
@TheGoalNetYessir. That's why I think it's time for a new lid. After a decade, I'd like something new.
I love the baby blues and becoming a huge fan of the 1S.

i wear a size 10 skate
If I were buying at retail, I would do an L. The medium is better than XL, but my knee hits the top of the block.
There is no way to wear a 1S tightly and that's why I suggest sizing down. In the XL, my knee would hit the block and then slide off the bottom on quick moving plays
what size are your p4s? Strap them loose or tight?
I wear 33+2 P4s and I have the leather straps pretty loose. Just the velcro knee wrap pretty tight. My ATK is around 16.5 and wear size 8 skates.

Any chance you can get some measurements for me? toe to ankle break? ankle break to below knee break? below knee break to the top?
Also what's your Floor to Knee measurement?
Saw a set of Mediums online i might give a go if they aren't too far off from my P4s.
Thanks!

So, what would you do if you were coming from a P4 33+2 and didn't have a chance to try the fit? S? M? Did you just match up your knee measurement and hoped that the thigh rise will be long enough?
when do the true TF9 goalie skates come out?

Did you have to size down 1/2 a size from Bauer or CCM like I keep reading/hearing about?
About to order a pair, but might have to get 2 different sizes cause my shops don't carry any of their goalie skates.
