I have gotten most of my sticks off sideline swap. I have yet to pay full price and most of the ones I have gotten are pro stocks models. But yes instore prices have gotten crazy for sticks now.

Probably your best bet. Where cats eye got banned in Canada it's rare to find a stock one. The company that makes these cages supplies most mask companies with there cages

Actually I believe it was D&R quantums he wanted copied. Both Sherwood and Vaughn made him hear that was close to the same.

You just get that off of sideline swap? That might have been the one I was contemplating buying.
No, ebay it was a fluke finding it.

1s/NXG, always liked the protection and light weight feel of it. Bauer even brought it back as the custom pro unit as alot of pros and semi pros love this unit.

New Bauer skates for 2022, interesting no laces
"Last week we teased a mystery skate from Bauer that is expected to be VERY different. Now we have our first good pic from the Dallas Stars locker room as Jake Oettinger is one of the first pros to be using the skates. The construction is extremely unique, essentially making a goalie boot that is laceless and had a hinge point at the ankle. After multiple years of development, the few pros who have gotten to use them have given glowing reviews."

After three concepts refused by the team due to racial tensions, here is Marc-André's new mask. Many elements related to the natives can not be reproduced on the masks of the Blackhawks which greatly limits my creativity. Marc-André loves it and that's what matters.”

Post on goalie gear nerd that Halak has now switched mask brands to the WS Composite brand mask. This is the same company that does the Composite cowlings and made Hillers masks. Seems like some of CCM pro goalie mask users are leaving, Price, Fleury, Halak. Who else wore CCM masks in NHL ?

You're right, I should be happy even if it wasn't QUITE the deal I was looking for the mask is in pretty much mint condition.. barely and chips and no cracks.. on a side note.. where's the best place to get a cateye for this thing? And do you think anyone would trade a cateye for a certified cage if I'd add a little cash on top?
https://www.goaliecages.com/product-category/bauer/961/
961 cages should fit it no problems. 961 was what Bauer called the cats eye cage 960 mask.

I did some checking online and depending on the year made both had the same foam in them. Purehockey and the Hockey Shop had the pictures that I seen. But honestly no matter how good the deal was unless the seller provided you with the proof you needed, I would have walked away.
From what I have looked up, the 950 shell is a Fiberglass with Carbon so its going to be a good shell. I use Fiberglass Protechsport with zero issues

Seems alittle shady that all the stickers are scratched off that say what it is. Honestly the hard part is the 950 and 960 shells are the same shape and design now. Early on there was some big difference between the two. Price wise what did you pay for it and what level of playing are your using it for ?
