Tool - 'Fear Inoculum' at Canadian retailers?

So the new Tool album comes out on Friday, and much like most things in Europe, we're getting F'd in the A price wise - whereas it seems to be approx $40 on most US sites, in the UK / europe its going for £80 / €90 (thats approx $98 US / $130CDN... ) 

Luckily I have a friend coming over from Canada in the next couple of weeks who's offered to bring a copy back, so any advice where to get a copy online from a Canadian retailer that I could get sent to him would be most appreciated. (Annoyingly amazon.ca is also out of stock on pre-orders)
