Single external break, Single internal. The glove is a Game Ready 600 break with D3o. This glove made me a 600 user, with the extra reach and huge presentation it has been an awesome glove. The Blocker is a blocker. It still has good pop. I did wear a cycling glove inside of it for extra grip. Normal wear but overall still in great shape. The speed skin has held up very well over time and has proven to be very durable. Prolaces not included, buyer pays for shipping. Venmo or Paypal preferred. Going up here before SLS.
