The hearing was at the end of Oct. Jeff didn’t show up and did not have anyone representing him or the business. The judge said it was just a matter of mathematics. The injunction was granted to block him from owning a business in Pennsylvania. Hopefully there are lawsuits in other states and Canada. Not that Jeff will ever pay, plus I don’t believe he has any meaningful assets to levy. No one will get a dime back but the more civil suits against him the better because can prevent him from scamming people in the future. Even if he doesn’t formally open a business a simple Google search will be a barrier forever.
