Removing dangler for added head mobility

I kinda liked the dangler noise but pucks sitting low were more difficult to find. Have been using only collar no dangler for awhile and it's fine. 

That collar has done it's job a couple times now that i can remember. 

No way will i go out without the collar. I see some of the new c/a's are more built up in that area but the old stuff forget about it
