No skate cuts or rips, but the 2nd boa strap in the catcher doesn't tighten anymore but the 1st and most important one does. Let me know if you have any other questions. Bought these a couple weeks back but unfortunately they don't fit me. Asking $650 USD/$825 CAD, located in Manitoba willing to ship at buyer's expense.
