5 point harness material

Does anyone know what the exact material is that is used for a 5 point mask harness.

I've done a lot of searching online for 1" flat woven cotton elastic but nothing I've found seems to be the right thickness / it all looks too lightweight.

I'm curious too! On that note, @Hoult74 you could take the straps to a Fabric Land or like place, those ladies will tell you.

After some enquiries I was told it is made to specification by an industrial supplier so not something you can buy retail (especially here in the UK).
