    @beansbats -

    How many rows of horizontal padding from the bottom of the collar?  6 is Large, 7 is XL.

    Kenesky would size the upper and lower arm protection separately (ie. you could order a longer bicep piece than forearm, vice versa, not at all, or trim both pieces)

    This is great information.  Thank you.  It has 7 rows, so it is a XL body.  The arms have a long upper arm, but short lower.  I actually love the arm configuration with the short lower because it is much easier to move my gloves without interference.

    You should make a short review / presentation of this one, there are a lot of special details already in the picture. The belly area looks interesting? And the shoulder floaters, NHL spec?

    I can do this.  I'll write something up.  The chesty does have the KW approval on it, so yes on NHL spec.  I played in it for the first time on Sunday night and I really liked it.

    Neat find.  I remember reading about his full custom Vaughn C/As in the GSBB days, but never saw pics until Kenesky put this one on their IG.

    I wonder why Miller decided to try out Kenesky - did Vaughn decide it wasn't worth their time anymore? Is he in one of these now, or did he find something else?

    When I received the chesty it was covered in Millers personal notes for changes to be made.  I think Kenesky did build a him a second one, but I do not know what he is using.

    Any news on these bad boys? Use, comfort, durability and safety feedback?

    The rinks have finally legally opened in lower Michigan, and I have put two ice sessions on the Grafs.  I am adjusting to the 3mm steel, and need to put a deeper hollow on them prior to my Thursday skate.  Overall I like the skates.  I can't really speak to the durability yet.  As far as protection, I've taken a few shots off of the toes and haven't felt a thing.  So protection seems good.

    That's why I asked. That pad reminded me of Optik when I first saw it.

    Either of them noticeably better with slides or rebounds?

    I'll be able to answer this better after more ice.  My initial impression is that I haven't really noticed any significant differences, both sets play fast and kick the rebounds out.

    I think had GNetik IV or Optik? If yes, how do these compare?

    I still have my Optiks, and I love them.  The Fusion's play very similar to the Optiks, very light, thin, and great sliding.  The one thing that stands out on the JRZ's over the Optik's is the thigh rise, it is stiffer and I like that.

  7. My Fusion's play more like my Optik's than any of my recent Bauer sets (1S and 2S).  I've had them on the ice 3 times so far and each time I like them more.  As far as boot stiffness, it is stiff but not crazy stiff.

  8. I already posted in in the gear showoff thread, but I think the new kit needs to be in the JRZ thread as well.  I also spent 45 minutes on the synthetic ice with them, and I am impressed.

  9. So I placed the order for my JRZ Fusion kit on June 2nd.  It shipped today.  Two weeks.  Absolutely incredible!  Too bad the rinks in Michigan haven't open yet ;)

  10. @Smeds35 - Thank you for posting this. Your kit looks fantastic!  I ordered my Fusion's on Monday, and I'm hopeful that they will be here not too long after the rinks re-open in Michigan.  JRZ quoted me six weeks for delivery.  I went with the stock graphic, but limited the zone usage.
