Hockey School Dropout Posted February 18, 2020 Share Posted February 18, 2020 I picked up some smart strap cord the other day and attached them to my pads. I used them last night and attached the cord through the first hole in the blade holder. Looped them to the top of the skate and attached the velcro tabs. However at the end of the game, I noticed the cord had really slacked off, so I'm assuming I missed something when attaching the straps. Should I run them further back in the blade holder, or do I attach the velcro tabs through the skate laces to get a better hold? Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
