No holes or cuts and no damage other than blemishes on some areas of nylon or air mesh. All velcro is strong and functional and the side clips are in tact without damage. I've had this unit for about 3 years and it's been regularly fan dried and aired out...I don't think it's spent 1 night in my bag. Ships from Seattle, WA and asking price is $200 on the main gear sale site but $175 for anyone on here + buyer pays shipping. I'm happy to provide any additional pics or measurments you want.
