Update:  Week 18....  Gloves arrived at the store i ordered them....  But suprise suprise.... they are wrong.  Were supposed to be black , with white stictching to match my pads....  built and sent black with black thread.... fml.....

They reached out to me on Instagram after this one   First thing they asked was what i ordered and if there was embroidered names..... then suggested that the store might have lost them (which i know is not the case), then they confirmed that they will be done on the 2nd.

The mitts in my pic.  CCM Retroflex.... not trashed, just not new VE8 Pro Carbons that match my new Black Warrior G4 Pros ordered on the same day (recieved after only 7 weeks)

It is highly likely the glitch you are experiencing is with the retailer, not Vaughn. 

Retailer has been great.  He actually tried to sway me away from getting Vaughn gloves as they’ve had many issues dealing with Vaughn in the past I guess. Like I mentioned, he contacted them last week and again today with no response.  I guess we will see what tomorrow brings.  Fingers crossed. 

This escalated quickly lol.  If my shop guy doesn’t hear back tomorrow, I’ll contact Vaughn and ask to speak with Dennis.  When given the quote i figured they were just padding their delivery time in case something came up. Not that it would take longer.  They are literally all black with white stitching. No custom name or anything.  Basically the most simple design wise version of the gloves you can get.  Not the end of the world but annoying at this point.

I’d love to talk to someone at Vaughn.  The guy from the shop that ordered them has tried contacting their csr a few times now with no response. This will be 4 months this week for just gloves.... that are all black.  A little chaffed tbh.

I couldn't bring myself to buy something I couldn't try on though.   I know the VE8 Pro Carbon isn't an exact replacement for the T3500 I was looking for, but Source for Sports had a big sale last week, and with the exchange rate I was able to pick it up for under $400 shipped so I took a chance.   Boy am I glad I did!  For me this thing is a perfect fit.  I was able to get it almost as broken in as my 2 year old Brian's Gnetik II by baking it and working with it for a couple days, and wore it in a game last night.  I had zero popouts (a regular occurance with both Brian's gloves I had worn previously) and pucks just seemed to naturally find the pocket.  As an added bonus, my passing wasn't negatively affected the way it has been in the past when I switched gloves.  I can't recommend this thing highly enough for those who want an old-school Vaughn feel!

I can’t wait to get my mitts....  this is week 9 of 14....

Red paint is the god damn devil... this is why i hate white gear....  All black all the time....  if there was a way for me to dye my V6 chesty black without it bleeding i would.....  The only reason that white chesties should exist is situations like @BadAngle41 's tribute set up (very cool by the way).
