Slider Plate Install

Hey everyone, newbie to the forums. Im trying to find out how to install custom slider plates using screws. I know its a permanent attachment and thats fine. Im a strictly inline goalie and I have no intention on ever taking them off unless I get new pads. Ive looked ( not too hard lol) on these and other forums...and I cant find anything for the life of me. 

Any Help will be greatly appreciated.

Pads: 34+1 Simmons UL5

Slide plate: Personal cut 1/8" UHMW PE

for reference I have seen what i want to do with the mcgowan custom sliderz, I just cant find anything about the installation
