Goalie dance (warm-up)

What does everyone else's pre-game routine or "dance" look like? I typically don't do it in the net, but most of my routine occurs during my stretching routine @ centre ice. 

Open hips, then stretch left leg, right to follow, then full splits. 

After taking warm-up shots, I usually just scrape my crease across post-to-post as most goalies do and then I'm good. 

If we had more than 3:00 to warm-up, I'd probably do more things, but it's a race against the clock (literally) to prepare for the game once i get on the ice. 

Life as a beer league goalie. Gotta love it.
