  1. This was still the weirdest team switch ever. MAF will be close but I don't think it's like Marty.
  2. Nice! Thank you for the pics. I will forever love the RBK P1 (and my current CCM A/B Pro as an extension to The Unicorn).
  3. Keep going man. I am in a similar rut myself with my "good league" starting up in the next week or so. Safe to say I'm a little nervous to start playing at that level at the moment. But like you said - you just need to climb out of those valley's we all find ourselves in from time-to-time.
  4. Glad the return to the ice was kind to you! How long did it take for everyone here to feel comfortable in the net again?
  5. I think the biggest change was the arms on the CCM AB Pro when it first came out. The rest of the unit was meant to be a copy of the P1 I beleive.
  6. Usually left first, but it doesn't matter to me.
  7. i think you got a good deal regardless, but those scratched off stickers look shady.
  8. His new mask looks sweet. I don't mind his True's either!
  9. Dahan Goaltending has some great content on youtube. https://www.youtube.com/c/Dahanhockey/videos
  10. I haven't had any issues with it personally. Been in the unit for a few years now.
  11. As someone with a AB PRO, i think the back protection is fine as-is. Looking forward to your mods on this C/A!
  12. You are the gear whisperer. Another sweet set of posts.
  13. Can you explain this CCM Break-in method a little more? With pics, if possible? Thank you.
  14. I hope there is no more interuptions from here on out. My main league is supposed to start in September as well (here in Ontario). I won't mind getting a passport or showing vaccination status if it keeps things open and the season moving forward.
  15. I'd also like to know how to deal with the stain spots. I have some on the backhand of my glove from sweat/red post-rub, etc).
  16. This, especially the back of the pads where you place your leg. White can look gross over time.
  17. Defintely make sure to dial in your pad size and double check that before ordering. When I ordered my custom CCM's, I was roughly in-between two stock sizes and made sure I received the custom size I needed. I am sure there's horror stories out there of goalies receiving custom gear that is too short/tall for them and that would royally suck.
  18. I would keep the gear for now. You just never know if/when the position will call you back. But best of luck in the next stage post-goaltending! Sounds like your new exercise routines are going great - keep up the great work!
  19. Nice looking unit. Awesome. Best of luck with it
