I looks like "online bazaar" , when which is mediated contact between the seller and the buyer, who then agree to trade. But I´m not sure how it realy works and what the rules are... It is basically a better version of Craigslist in terms of site layout and contacting people. But kijiji doesn't really mediate anything at all.
