Interesting, don't remember this last iteration unfortunately, Bauer has gone thru waives of caring and not caring about goalie gear. I think this was during a period of not caring too much. Right now, they are all in again

Only branding on it is Vision. Internal strapping feels like a 5500 Stauber Goalie Crease spec I tried on. The break feels way more natural on my hand than the traditional 5500 though... i want to like a 5500, but they never feel right

Yes, I am in agreement. The new gear I see looks better. I am sure the old stuff performed well, I just found them to look a little quirky. Tim is supposed to post on here, but I have not seen him yet

I think they did have Subban for a bit. They also had Chris Mason & Tim Thomas . They seemed to come out of no where to me, have 3 guys win the Smyth wearing their masks and then they didn't market too aggressively after that. From GSBB posting memory, great masks

New toys for a review, both Jimmy Howard pro return, both will PROBABLY eventually be for sale . The fit & finish of the bindingless wrist pad is amazing. I'll compare them to my Brian's and see, but I'm thinking this might be better out of box quality
