So after my upcoming trip to Montreal/Ottawa where I'll get my Canadiens and Maple Leafs pucks (as well as these too) I'm down to only 5 NHL teams remaining, including New Jersey Devils. I have tickets to Devils @ Canadiens while I am there, so I thought I had to try, right? I emailed the Devils office and pitched my request to get a Devils puck from the team in Montreal and of course I offered to pay for it. I offered to grab it from Guest Services or Will Call or go down to the glass and get it from an equipment guy, anything. Not surprisingly, I was told No but it was written in a very robotic, AI, corporate way. Kinda made me laugh: ---------------------- Hello, Thank you for your email. Haha, I am American. It's all good. I never got hooked on good guy/bad guy us/them stuff in sports. It just doesn't register with me. I get yelled at every game I go to for saying "nice save!" at opposing goalies or clapping for good goals on my team. Can't say I every really hated, or loved for that matter, a sports team in this way. I get it though. Sports psychology is fascinating.
