Update: I've gotten a FULL REFUND, APOLIGY and, yes AND a STORE CREDIT for the Purchase Price. Guess that Bauer Money hit the Monster Account. At least they're trying to make things right. Won't be ordering anything soon until they fix whatever the holdup is. I know they've gone through hell with their kid.

This was like 4 months ago. They still took orders. Still took money. Still failed to send shit out. Still failed to refund me, but they can give every damn excuse and lie since.

Still no refund. Still no product. Automatic replies on both e-mail accounts. Frickin awesom.

Their “E-mail servers are down” now huh? A easy way to not respond to me about getting my refund and I’m sure they’ll “lose” my e-mail again too!

From what I was told. The Bauer announcement was held up because of the CCM announcement. But who knows Jeff lies through the roof with every other word.

It's just funny, a company that keeps screwing so many people over, myself included, is more than happy to take cash in on the other side. Yet, here we are, still left hanging and people like me, out over $150 bucks! Yet, fools like you, and GGSU still protect them.

Well, this was sent by a mate who has an in with the little Jeff and some of the scum at monster. Seems like they have some burning cash, and it isn't from customers.
