c.p Posted December 3, 2018 Share Posted December 3, 2018 Never really been able to get a straight answer on this, but I play Bantam AA and high school hockey in New Jersey, and I was just trying to figure out if it would be legal for me to wear a non-cert cat eye for either of my teams.
