Ankle Brace

Recommended Posts

How much support? There are a couple thicknesses of these that will work if its just for some compression: https://www.icewarehouse.com/eZeefit_3mm_Ankle_Booties/descpage-EZ3MM.html

If you need more, I'd go with one of the ones that laces up and has support that wraps around the underside of the foot. This is the exact brace I had after a broken ankle: https://www.trueactive.com/products/medspec-aso-ankle-brace?variant=7039715835963&gclid=Cj0KCQiAvqDiBRDAARIsADWh5TeeFTBFkARcrUJEOVAmDlK0GSfpeXqfF51AZyPSzWjIXXlTiVEeRBMaAvotEALw_wcB

Shock doctor has plenty of thin options too.

That last one is basically what my doctor prescribed me after my really bad sprain. It's low profile enough to fit in a skate, although it's still a bit bulky higher up the ankle. Does the job for getting back on the ice for sure though
