I get what you’re saying but I’ve sharpened thousands of skates and many people have 2 or 3 sets of different steel types and say they all feel the same. Just my experience

What those guys wear is so custom that they have part of one pad there and something totally different somewhere else. Unless its stock we are all probably wrong

This is a 7x in a 21 paddle but I think this thing looks sick. Not sure how the senior models compare to the other top end ones but True’s top end sticks are crazy expensive

Its all in how you sharpen them the steel type doesn’t have much to do with it

Bauer 3x Pads Review Thoughts on the second level of pads. Never much feedback on the not top of the line pads so here are my thoughts (First link wasn’t showing up sorry if there are 2!)

Pure hockey has them listed online along with a size chart. 11.5 and 12 shoes means you get size 10 skates apparently.

I see where your thoughts are coming from but I think they’ll come with an instruction manual. Bauer doesn’t want to miss out on a potentially revolutionary product’s sales.

Has anyone used the Bauer pro pants? Imm usually not huge on bauer’s protective stuff, so I’m not sold on them just because they have pro in their name. I have the axis 1.9 pants now and I’ve grown out of them and know they have good protection. If you have used the bauer pros, how tall are you and what size pads do you have along with the size of your pants?
