Wtf? Maybe @Kirk3190 can chime in here.

According to the Warrior suggested pad measurements, I'm a 35" or even 36".

I just got out of a shop and they only had 34" in the Senior GT. Tried them with my skates but no knee pads (at home drying) and not doing up the boot strap (it was too tight to achieve) and my knee fell just an inch or 2 from the top of the blocks.

How is that possible when my FKT is 20.5"?

boot size?  what skate size are you?

tighten up the boot strap or put it behind the skate and tighen it up.

for the knee strap and rotatation part , if iu have a leather strap  connected to the pad itself change it to nylon webbing and connect the strap to the  outside knee wing with a t-glide looping it back to itself much like a backpack strap.  this keeps the pad from pulling the face pad down when going down and keeping it square.

    you can wear this snug.

The upper calf strap take it out from the calf strap slot , this will help in keeping the pad to the knee if u keep it snug.

That was my thought too.  I can't imagine a stick I like more than the V1 Pro+ and wanted to be set for a while.  I have 3 25"s now once my new one shows up.  They are currently $235 on Goalie Monkey with the new V2 sticks out now. I bet inventory of the V1s will fly out the door now.

200$ us shipped from the thehockeyshop.com

Ok so I'm 5'11 and found some sticks online that I wanted.  I measured the back of the paddle on the stick I have which are 26" but with measurement come out to 27.5".  My new Warrior sticks come in which are 27.5" when measured down the back of the paddle.  They are almost 1/2" taller than my current ones.  I guess I must have had the angle of my tape wrong or something when measuring mine.  Anyway can't return and just wondering if you think I'll notice the extra height?  It feels longer but is that just all in my head?  Would alittle less than half inch be noticable on the ice?

measure the shaft not the paddle .

diff is the starting point-  at the shaft to the paddle vs where the paddle ( where widith is 3") starts, the slant shoulder is not considered part of the measurement, that is the handle.  This is also true is how the rule book interprets the rule book 26".

.ending of measurement is all the way down to heel along the shaft not the paddle.

Last if the blade shape is flat on the bottom, harder to adjust then rocker.

  5. usa hockey doesnt care aboiut the handle shape it just cant be greater the 26" at the key is 3 1/3" wide is the starting point at the paddle  countinous to the heel following the bottom half of the shaft and not the paddle  bottom side.  What this mean is the stick would be illegel if the paddle was 30" and and 25" you hold the paddle  with a cutout.  and yes the heel part can be 4 1/2" or whatever it is wide..

the rules is dont want u to take more space at 3 1/2 " at 26" going down the shaft.

not as a measuring tool of where the hand is positioned vertically or horzitialing.

    yeah spelling errors all around.

  6. get the g5,  g4 was not a good model,  the inner and outer leg flap are diff in the g4 vs g3 and g5, which are similar.  no lacing on the face of the g5, stiffer knee blocks on g5 and better redesign.  5 hole foam is hard not soft like g4.  g4 double break, g5 single break, internal.

anything else u can read the marketing material
