I've used x2 pro+ and now x3pro+ pants, I find the thighs to be the beefiest and widest i've ever tried on. Way bulkier than my previous 1s pro or CCM axis. I had to change my pad strapping to fit the larger thighs.

The shoulder floaters will be 1" thick instead of 0.75", biceps and forearms will be a bit thicker as well. Not as noticeable on photos though.

How's the arm width compared to hyperlite? SLR4 look wider but I've read that they're (also) NHL spec. Also, is it possible to get the shoulder wings lower and wider? They look very tall stock and would probably interfere with the mask?

Did you try on any recent bauer models? If so, can you compare the stiffness of the pads as well as rebound speed from pads/blocker? -
