Do you find that it’s overly restrictive of your vision when you do things like see the puck into your glove?

I don't have one... but I'm pretty sure that's the whole point. Restrictive vision so that you have to turn your head and track the puck in the center of your vision instead of relying on any peripheral etc. Head trajectory etc.

I dont have issues with it watching the puck into the glove. It more forces you keep your whole head down when you are moving and watching the puck come off the blade.

So it looks like the design is very heavily made for non cert cat eye cages.

Do you know how applicable they are to cert cat eyes, straight bars, or cheater cages?

This came up on IG. One of the goalie schools uses it regularly said it works just fine on a regular cage, but it was shaped around a cat eye for sure.
