Yeah when I tie knots with leather it never seems to land where it supposed to and then it stretches as I'm making the knot. I'll give this a try.

Losing Tavares was a factor but yeah Price was lights out, and the players said that after winning Game 6, everyone knew that Game 7 was a foregone conclusion.

How are hockey trons goalie cut? Reviews are hit or miss that people like them or they are junk and fit like crap. I just need some semi cheap solid color practice jerseys. I havent bought jerseys in a while and last ones i got were reeebok premiers
What size do you wear?
I had some old practice jerseys given to me, and I don't mind giving some for free.99 just pay for postage. I was just about to post it in the Sales thread once I have some free time (which I don't right now)

Ottawa puts on an Asian Heritage Classic every year. It's a very decent tournament that gets players from Toronto and Montreal to come as well as some from much further away.
I will say that I got carried hard in what is my first hockey tournament as a goalie, but nevertheless I had some saves that I'm really proud of and it was a magical experience.

You have my exact setup with PAWs as well as a very similar ATK measurement.
I think you will be happy with a Medium.

The Oilers are like the Leafs western cousin. Both teams have a ton of money locked up in talented forwards. Then they try to cobble together the rest of the team from the bargain bin. Both teams disappoint come playoffs.
Also, is the era of the ELITE Canadian goalie over? Price seems to be the last one and he’s toast.
I agree, but who's in a better spot? Oilers or Leafs?
Also, Devon Levi is coming up.

I've seen that on the bench boards for sledge hockey, but not all around like that. I guess it's good for sledge spectators too.

What terrible news. I know you got served papers, but is it too late for some counselling? Even if you do end up in a divorce, maybe being able to speak with a mediator at least would help ease the transition. It sounds like it came out of the blue for you so you had no clue and communication, so a start might help.
If divorce is inevitable though, you should get a lawyer for sure.

I feel like Panthers only got better this year, but just had bad luck and getting used to some changes this season.
They looked worse than they appeared. Vice versa for the Bruins, except for Bertuzzi and Orlov oh wow were they a good add.

Looks like True's to me
I stand corrected. Also, just off topic a bit, he's one of my new fav goaltenders.

So my kid's season was over a while ago, and I was cleaning out his gear and wanted to remove the film from his pads (CCM Axis 1.5).
The thing had taken a beating on the edges but was on and still effective, I was quite impressed. Also to my surprise it was quite hard to remove, so something must've gone wrong with the application that I had done on my pads at the time.
The process for his was to clean the area with alcohol solution and no heat gun afterwards (also, wait a day before playing on it). I also wonder though if mine was a counterfeit from Amazon.

I got a game in, and I am extremely happy with these. There's still one lingering pressure point, but it's so minor that I feel like it will work itself out. I still have to fiddle with the footbed a bit as they need adjusting.
It is very comfortable which came in handy because we got an unexpected 30min extra ice time and in my previous skate I would have been in pain. These feel very light, and I am able to angle the skates in a predictable manner (there's a cutout in the back covered by a comfortable stretchy material).
All in all I am super happy and willing to answer any questions about them.

I think Samsonov is okay, but has a terrible Playoff record, and Murray is good but got into that freak accident. No one could have foreseen that his legs would be taken out from under him.

Yes, I asked for clarification on where the bar is, and he said it's on the arms yeah

The X4 Pro (not Pro +) has slimmer arms and shoulder floaters.
I asked a Warrior rep and he said that the protection level is the same except for an internal bar on the Pro+ which adds stability and protection.

Got fitted, and now I have to wait until Wednesday for my game. I’m looking forward to it.
Trying it on today I feel two issues:
- My toes feel a bit cramped due to the footbed being a bit wide and overlapping up the side of the inner toe box.
- I usually have a pain spot on both my navicular on most skates, it’s better on the TF9s but I still feel a bit of discomfort on the left skate.
The first issue seems easy enough to solve. I’ll try to trim the footbed a little to make it fit better. I tried using my old Grafs that fit my previous Bauer skates and it confirmed that my old Bauers were at least half a size too big. I’ll try the older footbed first in case I mess up.
Second issue is a bit more tricky, but the right side feeling good makes me hopeful. I will play a game and see if the pain subsides. If not I’ll bring it back to have it addressed.

From the East I think Boston will get there, they have the goalies and a complete team and from the West I hope Avs make it in.
Leafs look good, but only having one goalie will make it tough for them, I think RoR was a great addition.

Can anyone with wide feet comment?
I have 10.5 4E shoe size, been fitting ok into Bauer 8.5EE for awhile now across lines
I asked about this, he said that he’s very confident that he’s be able to put you in the TF9 wide as the TF line has more room than the Catalyst line and the 9 has more flexibility in terms of fit than the 7. YMMV
