    A power ball is a blend of raw dates and nuts rolled into a ball and you can coat in crushed nuts or seeds or raw cacao. Raw, so therefore your not killing off the nutrients. Careful when having water, a lot is fine, but don’t gulp it down as your kidneys will freak out trying to process it.

    Young green coconut water, full of electrolytes and minerals, always helped me after a workout. Fruit, nuts, dates. Home made power balls would be great and they are cheap and easy to make. Avoiding all the crap you get in the ‘sports nutrition’ equivalents. Just my vegan, whole foods approach to your query!

    Yeh, he was good initially with San Jose, then the poor bastard gets traded to the Flyers. Hopefully he and Grubauer can get something going.
